Just another Monday..woke up at 4:30 and ate my eggs and oats, got ready and took my lunch to work. Nothing exciting at work, it went by fast though because I was super busy. I ate my normal boca burger salad for one meal and chicken and yams for the next.
I came home and got ready for the gym…I knew it would be a long night at the gym since its Legs and Abs day. Drank my pre workout meal Isolate protein, oats and an apple. I decided to try a new class today CORE!! It kicked A$$. It was alot of balance and stability..my whole core and abs were on fire! After I went and killed my quads..they were JELLO!!! To top it off I had to do 30 mins on the stepmill. I finished 30 mins with my HR at 155 the time flew by because I started reading a new book Transformation by Bill Phillips. Pretty good read so far
I finished the workout with 15 mins of stretching and foam rolling. Check out my calorie burn!!
I always keep my post workout meal with me..I refuel right after I am done working out so my muscles get the protein and so I can restore glycogen. I always have protein Isolate, oats and an apple. People always give me weird looks as I am in the parking lot downing my food.
For dinner I was lazy so just had 3 oz of chicken and munched on some raw cabbage a broccoli.
