-Get ready for work
6-2 work my full time job
2:15-2:55 – lift
3-8 work my second job
8:00- pm more cardio
-Get all my meals packed when I get home
9:30 bedtime
That’s why I haven’t been able to blog lately sorry guys.
Anyway contest prep is kicking ass!!! Things are fighting up and feeling good. My posing is awesome!! Hitting everything and feeling confident. I can’t wait to deplete my water, get my tan on, and get all beautiful!!! I love doing my makeup for the shows..I have some great things in mind. I get butterflies just thinking about it!! I can’t wait to strut my shit on stage!

Question about your fasted cardio: I do mine at 4:45AM as well, what do you consider the amount of time you ‘fast’? My last bite of food (protein based) is at 8:30PM. Just curious when you stop eating before your session. I never feel like it’s a ‘fast’ because I’m asleep!
When you do your cardio — what do you consider “fasted”? I do mine @ 4:45AM and my last meal of the evening (protein based) is usually 8:30. I never feel like I am “fasting” because I am sleeping around 9:30, so just curious to hear when you eat your last meal before bed?
